01. GET IN TOUCH.


This is the first step in our journey together! Let me introduce myself to you properly so you can ask me any questions you may have in a no obligations call. I can't wait to hear all about You, Your horse(s) and what your perfect moments would look like captured for a lifetime.


We can talk for as long or as little as you like and we can discuss what season/ locations/ style etc may work best for you. If you feel ready and your chosen date is available, then we can get you booked in! Or if you need more time or want to explore your options, That is completely okay too!


(Please note. a £95 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your chosen date. This is taken off the full shoot fee which isn't due for payment until 14 days before your shoot. Please see my Terms and Conditions for more Information)


02. DELIVERY!


Knock Knock! Who's There? It's your Free Welcome Package.


Your Welcome Package will be delivered to your door approximately 2-4 weeks before your photoshoot (Where Possible). It's packed full of advice, FAQ's, An overview of the shoot day, Style inspiration guides, Tips & Tricks to prepare Yourself and your Horse(s), Price Lists, Products guide and so much more. This Experience is all about you! So let me take the stress and guesswork out of the equation for you so you can fully enjoy every moment.

03. FINAL PREPARATIONS & DESIGN CONSULTATION CALL.


This is the Final part before the big day! I know I'm already super excited at this point. We will Schedule a call around 7-10 days before your shoot date to discuss all those final little details, answer those burning questions and make a plan of action for how your bespoke experience is going to be tailored to you.

( This usually takes around 30-45 minutes)


If you are more local and wish to meet me in person for your design consultation first, we can get that arranged. I am also happy to arrange a Zoom call if you prefer a visual meeting over a phone call.

04. IT'S SHOOT DAY!


It's Here! Today is the Day! I cannot wait for all the fun we will have together on this day, with no better way to spend it than with your 4 legged best friend.


We will start with a Hello! and maybe a quick cuppa before we begin? Don't worry, the camera wont be immediately pointing at you from the moment I step out my car. Today is all about you, there is no rush at all. We have plenty of time to Location scout, decide on what outfits to wear in what setting and meet the horses (maybe sneaking them a treat or two? with your permission of course!)


Then its time to get started! Don't worry if you're not feeling to0 confident in front of the camera at this point, its completely natural and we have plenty of time. Leave all the "tricky" parts to me! Your only job is to relax, have fun, keep smiling and Love your Horse(s).

05. IN PERSON PRIVATE VIEWING


This is probably the most exciting (and most emotional!) part of your Experience. - Don't worry, I have the tissues at the ready! (No Judgement here). Approx 2-3 weeks after the shoot we will arrange a time and day for your in person, private viewing. This appointment has no set time limits on my end, but please make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to take it all in!


Your Images will first be presented as a slideshow for you to just sit back and enjoy! as you get the opportunity to relive the memories created that day for the first time. We will then go through Your Images individually so you can shortlist your favorites (Including the Image that will be presented in your complimentary 16" frame)


Can't pick just the one? That's okay! Whilst there is absolutely no obligation to purchase more, we can certainly work together to create your dream collection of artwork. You will have received a full Product & Price list in your welcome package so there are no surprises or hidden costs. I will have samples of products available for you to get a real feel of the high quality on offer.



06. THE LITTLE THINGS..


Whilst our time together has now sadly come to an end, I leave you with the everlasting memories of the "Little Things" that got captured that day, the fleeting moments we hold on to so tightly that truly mean so much to us and really do make up the bigger picture in the end.


I am still always available for you to contact at any point should you ever have any questions, wish to order more artwork, or maybe you want to experience it all over again with a new season and new ideas! I will always be ready to pop the kettle on, pick up the phone and listen to what plans you have next!
