MODEL CALL APPLICATION FORM

This form is the first little step on the journey toward my "Model Call" sessions. Here is where you get to introduce yourself and your horse, and share a glimpse of your story. Think of it as opening the gate, not riding into the arena just yet; submitting an application doesn’t guarantee a photoshoot or count as a booking. Once I’ve read through your answers, I may reach out and ask for a photo so I can be sure your horse fits the vision and requirements for this particular project.
